Registration of .uk Domain Names

are an official Channel Partner of Nominet UK and can register domain names in
the .uk domain namespace directly with Nominet.
Nominet
are the not-for-profit organisation responsible for the .uk Domain Registry and
are the guardian of the UK domain namespace. We
are an official Nominet Member and also act as an official Nominet Registrar.
Nominet Registrars register domain names with Nominet on behalf of their customers. Please
contact us for all your domain name requirements, such as registering new domain
names or amending details of the domain names you already have registered via
us.

Domain Name Registration
Pricing.
Pricing
for .uk domain names is as follows:
-
Registration £30.
- Renewal for 12 months £30.
- Database amendments, such as change of nameserver or contact details £15.
- Transfer to another Tagholder £10.
- Price changes for new registrations will be advised on this website and
confirmed to customers prior to acceptance of order.
- Price changes for renewals and other services will be notified to existing
customers in writing at least 1 month in advance of any change.
Customer Service Level Commitments for Domain-related Services.
We
provide the following services to customers in regard to .uk domain names, in
addition to those detailed in the section on pricing above:

errors or omissions in our entering of domain-related data will be corrected
promptly and will not be chargeable.
- all enquiries and requests should be directed to the phone numbers shown on
this website or email: Domains@CommplexSolutions.co.uk
- we attempt to respond to all customer enquiries and requests within two
working days.
- we notify all customers at least 45 days in advance of domain name renewal dates.
- all domains registered on behalf of clients remain the property of the client if paid for. If clients fail to pay within 12 months of notification of required renewal the domain may become the property of the Registrar.
Complaints Procedure. In
the event of a customer wishing to make a complaint they should use the
following procedure:

- all complaints will be dealt with promptly and in confidence.
Procedure for Reporting Abuse. To report to us any form on Internet Abuse please use the following procedure:
